Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings → Purchases → Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Pro and puzzle packs are one-time purchases, so they never need to be bought again.
If you’ve signed in to your account in the app, Pro and packs follow your account to your other devices, including across iPhone and Android.
How do I keep my progress on a new phone or tablet?
Open Settings → Account → Keep your progress and sign in (Sign in with Apple, or Google where offered). Then sign in with the same account on your other device. Streaks, solved levels, best times, badges, saved hints and streak freezes sync, and both devices’ progress is merged. Your friends and username come along.
Settings like theme and sound stay per device.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, username, friends, challenges, solve times and synced progress from our servers. Progress on the phone you’re holding stays; use Settings → Reset progress to clear that too.
Haven’t signed in? Email us with your friend code (Settings → Friends) and we’ll delete your guest data. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel or refund purchases. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings → Language. Choose “Same as device” to follow your phone, or pick English, Español, Português (Brasil), Deutsch, Français, 日本語 or 한국어.
What is a streak freeze?
Miss a day? A freeze keeps your daily streak going. It’s used automatically when you solve the next daily, one freeze per missed day. You can hold up to 2. Earn one by watching a short ad (once a day), or get one free every week with Pro.
How do I add friends?
Open Settings → Friends & challenges and share your friend code or @username. Friends see each other’s daily times and can challenge each other to a puzzle.
Why do I see ads? Are they personalized?
Ads keep the apps free. They appear only between puzzles, never while you play, and are never personalized. You can also choose to watch a short ad for a hint or a streak freeze. Pro removes ads for good.
I’m not getting my daily reminder
Turn it on in Settings → Daily reminder, and check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone’s settings.
